The unique character of its architectural design is that of a traditional village and consists of 121 one bedroom apartments with a maximum capacity of 4 persons and 123 studios with a maximum capacity of 3 persons and each with its own patio.
The indoor public areas include a lounge and reception area, The Akritas Bar, The Arodafnousa Restaurant and Romios Tavern, and Pool Bar, the Korevos Conference Room, the Regina Room (multiple use room), a Cards and Library room, a Children's club room, an indoor heated swimming pool with sauna, Jacuzzi and steam bath, the Kefalos Fitness and Gym club, games room, personal offices.
The outside area and grounds are landscaped with beautiful gardens and flora, ample parking space is provided, a large swimming pool with a walkover bridge and attractive surroundings with a sun terrace, a children's pool, two tennis courts, mini golf, a volley ball court and beach volley court, a children's play area, various shops that include a souvenir-fruit and mini market, hairdresser, launderette and chapel.
